Dinsmore is seeking a Public Finance Analyst/Paralegal who will support attorneys and other professionals in financings where Dinsmore primarily serves as underwriter’s counsel, special tax-exempt debt counsel to banks or special borrower’s counsel in tax exempt multifamily rental housing bond transactions. The preferred location is Denver, Colorado, but Washington, D.C. or other Dinsmore locations may be considered.
