Responsibilities: Receive product from Berwick / Preferred suppliers - Prepare product orders daily. - Schedule delivery of trailers of product. - Unload product efficiently and on schedule. - Receive orders in company systems: Websnak and SAP. Product Storage and Maintenance: - Use FIFO for all products. - 2. Review inventory on a weekly basis to ensure product freshness and minimize exposure to product expiration. - Maintain accurate inventory following company protocols for: Receiving, billing and transfers. Staging IO Orders: - Ensure all orders are created through IO hhcs. - Orders processed and checked for accuracy. - Orders processed in sync with IO loading schedule. - Orders charged when received by IOs. Inventory Storage: - Ensure all products are rotated and handled properly. - Maintain inventory levels to satisfy market conditions. - Ensure hygiene and safety protocols are practice...
