The Physical Therapist, as directed by a health care practitioner, performs PT evaluations, establishes treatment plans with goals, provides treatment, delegates specific treatments, determines appropriate equipment needs and performs discharge activities. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy or, - Master's Degree - Physical Therapy or, - D.P.T. - Physical Therapy. - Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: - 3 months - experience in either pediatrics, acute, orthopedics, neuro or lymphedema.
