Regulatory and Quality RN - Full Time Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm: *position may qualify for employee referral bonus. $10k sign on bonus with 3+ years of experience Job Description: PATIENT POPULATION: The patient population served can be all patients, including geriatric, and adult. This also includes services which affect facility staff, physicians, visitors, vendors and the general public. POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Unit Director, the Regulatory and Quality RN independently provides Holistic, individualized care using the Nursing Process for patients routinely seen on the Unit, demonstrates an advanced level of Clinical competency, Nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care and independently performs general and Unit specific Clinical skills. Works 30-40% of workday working through the Case Management process in DP/SNF to ensure a maximum census and maintain a waiting list following established processes. The exception to this will occur on shifts where the RN is assisting with patient care for any reason.
