Senior Account Manager, Customer Network Solutions

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program or project management. - 8 years of experience in a direct customer-facing role working with business stakeholders. - Experience in customer relationship management, business leadership, sales, planning and consultancy. - Experience leading programs at a global level involving operational teams. Preferred qualifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile project management certification, or similar. - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Experience managing client relationships, including acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables. - Understanding of Enterprise IT Systems. - Excellent business leadership, organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
