BUNDLER $19.75-$21.25 PLUS DIFFERENTIAL: 6a-6p MON-WED & THUR-SAT: (8 week rotation) Job Summary: Responsible for assisting operators with basic set-up functions and for checking product to ensure highest level of quality. This position is the first level in a three-step career progression on the Lithoman Press, a four-step career progression on the Sunday Press, and a two-step career progression on the Timson Press. When adequately trained and a second level position opens, progression to next level will be offered and may require a shift change. Duties/Responsibilities: - Monitor Assist in set-up of folder, stacker, and sheeter. - Uniformly bundle folded book signatures and stack banded and loose signatures on pallet using the hoist when available. - Ensure pallet, banding, and other supply materials are stocked; notify necessary personnel of shortages. - Perform minor machine adjustments and assist in web up of press when necessary. - Assist in make-ready including wiping down blankets, changing ink, and performing clean up on and around press.
