Job Description Plaza Infiniti in Creve Coeur is now under the umbrella of fast-growing MileOne Autogroup, and we are seeking a customer-centric team player for our elite team in the full-time role of Business Development Specialist. This is a Monday through Friday position, no Saturdays. As a Business Development Specialist you will respond to internet customer inquiries, assist with handling the leads and the internet listings, make follow up phone calls and set up appointments with potential customers for the sales team to take over the selling process.
