Senior Product Designer

Basic Function The Senior Product Designer at Lumin Digital plays a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital banking platform. As a trusted problem-solver and cross-functional collaborator, you will lead complex design initiatives from discovery to delivery, helping define and build thoughtful, user-centered solutions that enhance the financial lives of millions. In this role, you'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and fellow Designers to translate insights into scalable and elegant experiences. You’ll also contribute to evolving our design system, mentoring peers, and elevating design quality across the organization. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role on a small team where you will be expected to set design direction, bring a contemporary visual language to the product, and operate as a strong, opinionated voice for the user experience across all product areas.
