Specific Responsibility: - Follow internal training program guidelines and procedures - Facilitate all new-hire training for finishers & inspectors (including understanding of how to read GT product drawings, understanding how to access and apply information from GT internal specifications, use of hand tools and identification of non-conforming product) - Manage re-certification training for all finisher & inspectors - Ensure employees are qualified to perform tasks affecting product or service quality - Coordinate training schedule with Production Supervisors for new hires and re-certifications - Maintain accurate training records - Support Lean and Six Sigma improvement activities by participa...
