Project Services Team – Entry-Level Evening Floor Technician Full-Time | Monday–Friday (2nd Shift) 5:00pm–1:30am | $16–$18/hr | Newport News, VA Want to learn a skilled trade and see the results of your work every night? We’re hiring Entry-Level Evening Floor Technicians to join our Project Services Team — a small, hand-selected crew trusted to complete specialized commercial floor care projects across Newport News and surrounding areas. This is not a “just show up” position. It’s a role for someone dependable, serious about their work, and ready to build a long-term career. No prior experience required — we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path into advanced technician and leadership roles. We provide the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training.
