Location: On Site at location listed in posting Weekly Schedule: Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm: The IT Support Specialist SR play a vital role in supporting the IT Field Infrastructure and Projects Manager by assisting with onsite technology deployments, hardware relocations, asset inventory, and routine troubleshooting for associates throughout First Horizon Bank. This Tier 1 position is responsible for front-line IT support activities including ticket management, basic documentation, and hands-on assistance during asset management and technology projects. The Support Associate collaborates closely with IT associates and vendors, ensuring timely and professional responses to technological needs.
