Job Summary: Receives moderate level of guidance and direction to support AEP's business continuity program efforts for the business units and operating companies. Aids in the development of business continuity processes, procedures and training materials. Provides corporate and business unit training in support of business continuity efforts. Support AEP's business continuity management improvement initiatives. Assists operating company and business unit personnel in the implementation of business continuity plans. Solves a range of problems and requires basic knowledge and experience in business continuity.
