The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, technology enabled, and employee centric HR experience across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Our HR team is focused on transformation, customer centricity and delivering measurable value to drive the business. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about enabling our employees by driving process optimization, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology to enhance user experience, scalability, and operational excellence. This is a hybrid role and will be based from our new office at North Wall Quay, Dublin 1.
