Application Engineer - Physical AI

Who You Are In this role as our Application Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the application of FANUC software products in the areas of physical AI, external motion control, and virtual commissioning & digital twin technologies for both internal and external customers. How It’s Done: - Serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert for physical AI and virtual commissioning applications, guiding customers, engineering teams, and sales on the effective use of FANUC products - Provide both pre ‑ and post ‑ sales technical support, including application reviews, feasibility studies, simulations, demonstrations, customer presentations, troubleshooting, and application optimization - Investigate and manage product and application issues by identifying root causes, evaluating corrective actions, and communicating clearly with cross ‑ functional teams - Support product planning and development by contributing application and market insights, reviewing documentation, evaluating product performance and competitive offerings, and supporting customer ‑ facing materials - Develop new and emerging applications and market opportunities by researching use cases, validating so...
