Job Description and Responsibilities: Rocky Mountain Steel Mills is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Seamless Mill located in Pueblo, Colorado. This position offers the opportunity to lead dynamic teams, foster innovation, and drive efficiency in our production line. As a key player within our company, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, including quality assurance and safety, to maintain high standards and meet production targets. - Perform daily mill inspections with an eye for safety and productivity issues, coordinate with mill support groups to design and implement countermeasures - Use LEAN manufacturing tools to engage employees to continuously improve mill operations - Schedule and maintain shift manpower for mill operations and training - Onboard new bargaining employees, ensure that adequate training is taking place and complete timely 720 probation performance evaluations - Responsible for managing an operational and qua...
