Dealership: L0254 Honolulu Volkswagen Honolulu Volkswagen: Now Hiring: Experienced Automotive Service Technicians of All Levels (A-B-C) Pay: $28-$40 per flat rate plus production bonus Dept Hours: We are open 6 days a week, Monday through Friday from 7-5, Saturdays from 8-4, and closed on Sundays. The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for swiftly and accurately performing automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Highly productive shop, fully booked 6 days per week - Our techs flag 120+ hours on average per pay period - Total earnings depend on experience, qualifications and performance - Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. - Diagnose cause of malfunction. - Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. - Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. - Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures. - Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechani...
