This position, in collaboration with patient, family, and health care team, will provide direct and indirect nursing care of the patient utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of a Registered Nurse according to the following work systems/functions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. High school graduate or G.E.D. 2. West Virginia CNA certification, or applicable state certification where services will be performed OR Home Health Aide certification through the American Caregiver Association OR completes exam by the WV Council of Home Care Agencies upon hire with passing grade. If exam is not passed, must be re-taken within 1 week. 3. Valid driver’s license. 4. CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire date.
