It is also well-suited for candidates who have prior experience recruiting, training, and coaching financial advisors in a managerial capacity. As Managing Director, your primary focus will be on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors who are looking to elevate their practices. In addition to continuing your own client work, you’ll recruit and mentor fellow advisors, foster a high-performance culture, and help shape the future growth of the firm.
