Overview: Manage candidate development all levels of talent. Develop relationships with key industry players in person and via telephone to generate qualified candidates for multiple search assignments. Manage the candidate lifecycle including identifying, qualifying, interviewing and managing targeted candidates to rapidly produce a best-in-class slate of talent to meet / exceed M&T’s internal client expectations. Primary Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert in the area of talent attraction - Actively work with line managers to develop the strategy to build talent pipelines, interview, qualify and recommend top candidates to the business line - Proactively source and attract a quality work force and maintain applicant flow in filling current and future staffing needs - Counsel line managers recommended compensation packages - Negotiate, extend offers and effectively close the candidate - Adhere to government regulations, organizational policies, and system/data integrity - Build effective relationships with HR Business Partners, line management and employees - Routinely provide insights into the competition for talent - Attend job fairs and/or open houses - Work cl...
