Shift: 12:30pm-9:00pm Salary Range: You`ll earn between $73,600 - $110,400 annually, depending on experience. What's the Short Version?: The Distribution Center (DC) Shift Manager is responsible for the execution of strategic building objectives, and oversees the tactical execution of daily and weekly operations. They are responsible for all aspects of their assigned shift's operations including: planning, organizing, and monitoring the receiving, storage, and shipping to ensure a smooth and consistent operation. The Shift Manager hires, manages, and motivates assigned staff in the Distribution Center. What Will You Be Doing?: - Responsible for maximizing customer experience through the coordination of processes and operations across the DC. - Monitors the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the movement of product, including labor planning and balancing. - Monitors the shipping from the DC, to ensure the products are distributed to the proper transportation channels in an accurate and timely manner. - Conducts annual performance reviews and provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions), ensu...
