INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR SOURCING SPECIALIST: The Independent Contractor Sourcing Specialist is responsible for full cycle recruiting and selection and document verification for independent contract CDL and non CDL drivers. This position is responsible for creating a pipeline of 1099 candidates through recruiting efforts in order to maintain business staffing plans success.
