Agitator Driver We are looking for multiple HR licensed drivers to operate our Agitator trucks across our Perth Metro region. Drive and Provide: Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials Australia is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As an Agi Driver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different, there’s nothing routine about this role! About the role: - Most days will start between 4am and 6am and drivers can do up to and over 10 hours per day, and around 50 – 55 hours per week. Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime rates - We pay a base rate and once you go past your regular hours in one day the first two after that will be at time and a half. If you do more than 2 hours overtime in a day, you go to double time. Meal allowances are generally paid after 10 hours in one shift - As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels.
