Responsible for driving sales growth in Surgical Reconstruction product line by executing territory plans, educating clinicians, and supporting operating room needs. The Account Manager will call on multiple call points/surgical specialties. Products include, but are not limited to: Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery; Hernia & Abdominal Wall Reconstructive Surgery REPORTING & MANAGEMENT SCOPE: Under direct supervision of Surgical Reconstruction Regional Business Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital administrators, and internal stakeholders. - Work across Integra functional areas to ensure customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with RBM to target, set goals, and create plans to meet/exceed revenue expectations. - Develop a formal business plan at the...
