Job description

Purpose and Scope Supports multiple Summer School Sites. Coordinates opening and closing of summer school sites. Liaison to the host school administration. Visits schools on a daily basis to support and guide each Site Administrator – Summer School in an advisory capacity during summer school. Oversees compliance with all state, district, and summer school policies and procedures. Confirms all state and district documents are submitted. Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a closely related field, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or paid, exempt level directly relevant experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this position for a total of four (4) years. Active or former MSCS school administrator in good standing with at least two years of experience in Summer School Operations preferred. Summer School Principal/Site Administrator experience preferred.
