Allianz has a fantastic opportunity for a Pricing Risk Selection Manager to join our Home Broker Pricing Team. In this role you will lead and implement strategies to ensure the profitability and compliance of AZ Broker within the UK home insurance market. This will be a hybrid role and can be worked from one of our offices in London, Birmingham or Chelmsford. Salary Information: Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. About You: Your role will vary day to day, but here is a bit of what you can expect: - Work with Portfolio manager and establish a statistically robust actual versus expected claims monitoring process for larger broker portfolios. - Lead weekly trading sessions to discuss key pricing and UW recommendations, ensure papers are clear and concise with Pricing & UW options understood by all colleagues to facilitate discussion. - Lead initiatives related to digital transformation within underwriting and pricing processes for improved efficiency and accuracy. - Work extensively within WTW Radar to predict outcomes of various pricing and underwriting options and be able to confidently provide...
