Citizens Capital Markets & Advisory (“CCMA”) is currently seeking an experienced Associate or a VP, Corporate Finance candidate to join our Financial Institutions Group (FIG) vertical. The ideal candidate possesses an established investment banking pedigree and skill set with a strong focus on executing sell-side M&A transactions. You would serve as a key resource in client discussions and presentations, alongside Citizens product partners, while participating in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, as well as equity and debt capital markets transactions.
