The Role We are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the evolution of our engineering organization, driving both structural transformation and delivery excellence. This leader will be responsible for modernizing how teams operate, aligning engineering more closely with product and business outcomes, and ensuring scalable, predictable software delivery across the organization.
