Loading and unloading trailers safely and effectively. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Greets and assists donors in a friendly and courteous manner. Demonstrates superior customer service at all times. Responsible for accepting or rejecting donations based on condition of items and Agency policy. Declines unacceptable donations in a friendly, positive manner. Records and maintains donor records in a neat and accurate manner. Enters donor count electronically throughout the day. Handles all donated materials in a careful and safe manner to maximize value. Record and maintain donations of Electronic Waste (E-Waste) accurately, legibly, and in accordance with the State of California recycling requirements.
