Program Manager – GenAI & SDLC Transformation - Adoption Responsibilities: The Program Manager will lead key initiatives that modernize the SDLC using GenAI, agentic automation, and engineering platforms. This role focuses on driving adoption, operational execution, measurable outcomes, and continuous improvement across engineering teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the SDLC GenAI Transformation Program with a focus on accelerating developer productivity, improving quality, and optimizing delivery workflows. - Drive adoption of Harness pipelines and modules across engineering teams, including onboarding, best practices, and integration with SDLC/DevOps processes. - Manage a program portfolio of complex initiatives through full lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, benefits realization, and closure. - Leads a small, high‑impact team that accelerates SDLC transformation and GenAI adoption through coaching, clarity, and execution excellence. - Define program scope, goals, roadmap, and success metrics; track and report measurable outcomes (velocity improvements, adop...
