Job DetailsJob Location: Roswell Clinic - Marietta, GA 30062Position Type: Full Time StaffJob Category: Health CareThe Clinic Chiropractic Assistant (CCA) provides support to patients in the Life Disc Center, from the initial visit throughout their health care journey in order to maximize the experience and health benefits. Responsible for assisting new and existing patients in the clinic, using strong interpersonal skills to provide efficient and effective communication to ensure a quality patient experience. Essential Job Functions: Introduces the patient to the office layout, policies, and conducts patient education duties as assigned. Coordinates patient care services on the first and second visit including preparation for the consultation and exam. Assists the doctor with clinical patient activities, patient flow, and patient charting. Cross trains and backup/assist with front desk duties. Performs intake consultation and/or exam functions and takes x-ray as directed by the doctor. Coordinates the patient report of findings including presenting information on chiropractic, facilitating the doctor’s report, and presenting care plan and finance options.
