Patent Agent - Vice President, Program and Project Management We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Patent Agent - Vice President, Program and Project Management to join our Data, Intellectual Property, Technology & Innovation organization. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Track and manage deadlines, outside counsel work, and patent portfolio-related reporting and documentation. - Conduct invention harvesting sessions with business, product, engineering, and technology teams to identify patentable innovations. - Perform patentability assessments, invention intake reviews, and related counseling. - Oversee the preparation and prosecution of patent applications globally, working closely with inventors and outside counsel, as appropriate. - Support development and execution of patent portfolio strategy aligned with business priorities, innovation initiatives, and competitive positioning. - Conduct and support prior art searches, freedom-to-operate support, and competitive landscape reviews. - Assist with due diligence reviews in connection with strategic transactions, partnerships, investm...
