We are seeking a Second Shift Production Supervisor to support the manufacturing of our products by leading a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation while developing and coaching team members and enforcing policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Safety & Compliance: 6S & Housekeeping - Promote and lead a strong safety culture with a goal of zero OSHA recordable injuries. - Understand, enforce, and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations, internal safety procedures, and company policies. - Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment at all times. - Conduct safety audits, observations, and near-miss monitoring; implement corrective actions as needed. - Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions. - Partner with Safety Coordin...
