Lead Software Engineer

Job description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions for Public Sector customers. This role combines deep technical expertise, integration experience, and customer-facing delivery in compliance-driven environments. Solution Delivery & Customer Engagement: - Translate customer and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions - Own end-to-end delivery (design → development → deployment → support) - Work with customers for solution design, issue resolution, and implementation Integration & Architecture: - Implement integrations with CRM, Procurement and ERP systems - Build API-based, event-driven, and batch integrations - Ensure data integrity, traceability, and auditability across systems AI-Enabled Engineering: - Leverage GitHub Copilot for code generation, review, troubleshooting, and documentation - Contribute to adoption of AI-driven engineering practices Development & Quality: - Develop technical configurations, extensions, and custom solutions on cloud platforms - Code reviews, unit testing, and maintain high engineering standards - Manage CI/CD using GitHub, Azure DevOps Troubleshooting & Operations: - Resolve complex issues using applicatio...
