Responsibilities: As a porter, you will be responsible for: Cleaning common areas. Taking out trash and recycling. Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning. Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a managers attention. Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies. Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.). Working the service elevator.
