RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain vendor records including W-9 and insurance information Receive, process and post all vendor invoices on a daily basis. Reconcile reports for correct allocation of charges and payments. Check all invoices, vouchers, and check requests; obtain appropriate payment approval. Post and reconcile intercompany postings. Execute accounts payable checks for mailing. Maintain sublet schedule. Reconcile factory statement. Process yearly 1099’s. Answer all vendor inquiries. Assist in monthly closing.
