Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Energy Systems, Finance, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience in program management. - 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with direct reports. - Experience in energy portfolio management, energy system planning, or infrastructure strategy. Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects. - Experience leading large-scale, complex technical programs from strategic design through to execution in high-growth environments.
