Join Brindabella Resources as a Transport Supervisor! Transport Supervisor – FIFO: Brindabella Resources is an Indigenous‑focused contractor delivering services across Civil, Mining, Maintenance, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors, with a strong commitment to safety and environmental performance. We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor to oversee FIFO site transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of personnel and assets. This role plays a key leadership function on site, maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality transport services. Transport Operations: - Supervise drivers to ensure adherence to schedules, journey management plans and site requirements - Prepare run schedules and allocate daily tasks and resources - Conduct daily BAC testing, pre‑start meetings and fitness‑for‑work checks - Operate buses when required to ensure continuity of service - Maintain vehicles in a safe, clean and operational condition - Maintain accurate records, including journey management and servicing reports Safety & Compliance: - Role model company safety, quality, HR and environmental standards...
