Locations: Indianapolis, IN: Additional Locations: NA: Work Site: On Site: Req ID: 224296: Position Overview: Davey Resource Group (DRG) is seeking a motivated Stormwater Project Manager to support and expand stormwater compliance services throughout Northern Indiana & Southwest Michigan. This role is a strategic growth position focused on pursuing new stormwater and NPDES compliance opportunities, supporting existing & new clients, and integrating compliance services into active construction, maintenance, and restoration projects. The ideal candidate is independent, client-facing, and technically strong, with hands-on experience conducting NPDES permit compliance inspections, SWPPP inspections, equipment operation, and construction-related environmental compliance. Candidates with an existing client portfolio or demonstrated success breaking into new service markets are strongly preferred. The position will leverage the strength of a nationwide team while maintaining a strong regional & local, operations-integrated presence.
