Miss J’s Cafe is the signature quick-service restaurant inside LV Petroleum Travel Centers. We serve fresh, made-to-order breakfast, lunch, and dinner favorites to professional drivers, travelers, and local guests in a fast-paced, friendly environment. Position Overview: We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Team Members for Miss J’s Cafe. In this role, you will prepare fresh food, deliver excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, and help create a great experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: - Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service. - Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly. - Prepare menu items including sandwiches, salads, soups, and daily specials according to Miss J’s Café standards. - Operate kitchen equipment safely (grills, ovens, blenders, toasters, etc.). - Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms. - Handle cash and payments accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer. - Assist with stocking, inventory, and receiving deliveries. - Work cooperatively with the team to ensure smooth operations during busy...
