Company Description As a Team Leader at Greyfriars Hotel, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth daily operation of our front-of-house and guest service teams. You’ll lead by example, ensuring our high standards of hospitality are consistently delivered while motivating staff, coordinating shifts, and maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This role requires confident communication, a proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for exceptional service We are a 20 bedroom Inn in the heart of St Andrews. We cater to all - students, tourists and regulars. Live sports on throughout our bar and great food coming out kitchen. We have a strong team and are looking to add to our leadership team.
