This position oversees the inventory and staff within the warehouse. This role involves coordinating a team that receives, stores, and distributes materials, equipment, and supplies. It requires a thorough understanding of the relevant policies, procedures, and practices, as well as leading and directing the work of other employees. Summary of Responsibilities: Assists the DC Manager with hiring and training of new employees. Schedules and oversees shipping, inventory, auditors, and maintenance staff. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Schedules, manages, and invoices maintenance repairs in the building. Completes specified reports at the assigned frequency.
