You will: - Inspect products for quality and size, making adjustments as needed - Communicate with drivers, operators, and staff to follow production plans - Inspect bags every 15 minutes for seal, date codes, labels, and quality standards - Ensure proper setup of Bosch machines and tubers per production plan - Walk the line hourly to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime - Monitor chiller temps, tunnel temps, fan speeds, and recipe mixes every two hours - Complete startup and shutdown checklists each shift - Wear proper PPE and follow safety standards at all times - Conn...
