You will work within multi-disciplinary teams to provide effective and efficient evidence-based care, whilst also demonstrating commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. These positions are aimed at HMOs who are considering Intensive Care (ICU) as a career. The positions involve 6 months ICU and 6 months in other critical care rotations in Anaesthesia and/or Emergency Medicine, in SVHM or one of our Secondment Hospital sites. Rotation through ICU will be in either term 1 or term 2 to enable you to gain experience and suitable referees should you plan on applying for the training program. Residents provide patient care under supervision and work a shift roster including rotation to St Vincent’s Private Hospital ICU.
