The Opportunity: We are looking for a manager to lead the Source Security team within our broader SDLC Security org. This team is responsible for evaluating the security properties of every single commit at Datadog using a combination of static analysis and LLM based review systems, as well as the governance of our source code and third party dependency ecosystem. You will own the roadmap for growing our existing agentic reviewers (you can read more about this work here and here ), working to maintain the safety and reliability of our systems while the volume of contributions scales dramatically with our adoption of coding agents.
