Job Overview: The Senior Director, Finance - Marketing partners with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Marketing leadership to provide financial oversight and analytical insights that guide decision-making and strengthen the organization’s financial health. The role acts as a senior commercial leader across financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for Marketing, aligns plans to corporate objectives, and drives improvements in financial performance. The role also supports Macy’s Monetization Network in coordination with Co-op Advertising support provided by company vendors.
