Nursing Scheduler- Full Time Evenings Southbridge Care Homes is currently looking to add one caring, passionate, and enthusiastic Nursing Scheduler to our amazing home. On a daily basis, reporting to the Director of Care, our Nursing Scheduler at Southbridge Orchard Villa will enhance the effective management and performs administrative duties, reception operations and scheduling duties within the Nursing Department. As a Nursing Scheduler, you will be accountable for: - Perform clerical duties associated with the daily operation for the Nursing department - Adhere to established policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, occupational health and safety, environment, and infection control - Assist with communication to Physicians for outstanding Physicals required by residents - Attend all nursing related committee meetings and take meeting minutes - Respond to inquiries and concerns from residents, families, and staff, triaging the inquiries accordingly - Maintain purchase orders and inventory controls in relation to the Nursing department - Ensure that resident care supplies are distributed to all the units on a weekly basis - Establish and confirm resident dental, speci...
