The Security Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing a comprehensive security program that ensures the protection of employees, physical assets, and intellectual property across all company offices and sites in Poland. This position requires operational oversight, flexibilty and a strong understanding of risk management, emergency response, and compliance with corporate policies. The Security Manager will act as a key member of the office team and report to the Head of Security, delivering professional insight, maintaining high standards in routine and emergency operations, and developing security and operational protocols.
