We are looking for experienced Site Foreman/Site Foreperson to join our workforce housing projects team in Calgary. This is a full-time temporary assignment for 11-12 months. Job Responsibilities: - Supervise different trades in the field and be able to manage the site on their own when required under the supervision of the Construction Manager. - Ensure trades are installed as per drawing and industry best practice. - Monitor and manage HSE requirements onsite. - Place material orders and pick them up when needed. - Complete modular units’ inspections as they come off the manufacturing line. - Assist with daily reporting as needed. - Complete site walks daily throughout the building complex to evaluate contractors’ work. - Participate in daily toolbox and weekly safety meetings.
