JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: *Management retains the discretion to add to or change the duties of the position at anytime.* Qualifications - Operate the filler, sbo, capper, Filtec, warmer, blender and associated equipment as instructed in SOP, including performing all required quality checks. - Track and record equipment and Line downtime information - Perform Line Checks, which may include but are not limited to: - Thermal system set point - Fill weights - Bottle temps at filling and after cooling - Pull up torques and tamper band check - Rinser set point - Start up, flavor change, and extensive downtime brix checks - Start up and flavor change sensory - CIP concentrations - Bottle code accuracy - Challenge Filtec bottle rejection system - Closure and Bottle data entry in Infinity - Closure and Bottle routine inspections - Perform cap application checks - Perform Operators related PMs on equipment - Maintain 100% compliance with HACCP and AIB standards. - Trouble-shoot and complete minor adjustments on equipment. - Review and verify Filler Chart is working by performing check at required frequency - Perform minor machine maintenance activities as required. - Perfor...
