JOB SUMMARY: The Lead Material Handler is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. This role involves working with Material Handlers, providing training and guidance, and acting as a primary point of contact for the Warehouse Supervisor. The Lead Material Handler will handle complex material transfers, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure all processes, from unloading and routing to drum cleaning and outbound loading, are executed to the highest standards. This role requires advanced knowledge of all hub functions and the ability to lead by example.
